Hound Products came into existence for the same reason many other small
businesses like ours start up-we believed we could create a product
that is better than what could be found on the market. But our
reason for starting a company became more than producing quality
and focusing on competitive advantage. We had a strong passion
to share with people that have animals of how to care for their
animals beyond the conventional world of medicine.
By encouraging people to become
proactive with their own health and lives, our aim is to help
people to begin to look at their
animal’s health in a new light. Through diet and ,
and combinations of the many healing modalities that exist, we
can help build a framework of nutrition and well being for animals.
We also strongly suggest that people
need to themselves and ask questions about their animal’s health. Certainly,
animals can’t create their own road map to well being.
It’s up to their owners. It takes some research, some digging,
and seeking out the right professionals to pinpoint the needs
of every unique animal. Don’t just use any product on the
market, but read about the product, the labels, compare and ask
questions.
There are many good products on
the market today. There are also many good diets on the market.
But again, you need to do
your homework and ask questions to be sure it’s right for
your animal.
We like the raw diet for our animals and
a funny thing about this diet-our pets began to feel better,
so we started to
include more Raw into our diet! We started to feel better too.
Our animals need diversity in their diet just like people do.
We also feel holistic animal care
is another important consideration for pet owners. Connect
with a good holistic veterinarian, one
that "walks the talk", as well as helps other people
to do the same. There is a difference. There are many doctors
and veterinarians out there that ‘churn’ patients
through their practice for maximum financial gain, cutting corners
along the way. A good holistic professional needs to first live
holistically and then carry it into their practice. Then and
only then can they enable others to do the same in their lives
as well as their animal’s life
We arrive at a better quality of
life when we don’t accept
the status quo. This belief takes more commitment, but it does
offer many rewards.
